Everything related to the management of water resources in the community is evaluated here. For example, the quality of water supply, water treatment, management of stormwater runoff, efficiency of water supply enterprises, emergency in systems, etc.
Environment
This section assesses the ecological situation and environment. Atmospheric air, soils, damage assessment, residents' complaints (including burning of vegetation or noise pollution).
Territory

City management
The section is aimed at the analysis of the current work of local government on monitoring and management of energy consumption, security, attracting external funds for this.
Transport
A significant section that covers all issues of mobility and transport in the community. Applies to private, freight, public transport, pedestrian and bicycle infrastructure

This area is basically the largest consumer of energy in the community. The rating section assesses energy consumption in residential buildings, their condition, comfort conditions, number of residents, and more.
Energy
One of the most important sectors of the Rating. It concerns the supply of basic energy carriers in the community. For example: gas, heat, electricity, hot water and others.
Public buildings
Schools, kindergartens, hospitals, libraries, etc. are evaluated here. Their energy consumption, conditions, comfort
Waste
Here, the volume and way of generation and management of waste are analyzed. Sorting, separate collection, disposal, processing, tariffs, etc. As well as the quality of work of specialized enterprises and the fight against natural landfills.
